CST offers a competitive fee of 30% of the candidate’s first-year total compensation, reflecting the level of expertise and market insight we bring to each search engagement. This fee ensures that we are fully aligned with your goals and committed to delivering the highest caliber of talent.
We also provide flexible search options to suit your needs, including retained, container, and engaged search models.

Wayne has been in executive search since 1989 and joined Wells Fargo in 2010, where he managed search services for Wealth, Brokerage, and Retirement business lines. Prior to this, Wayne served as President of Corporate Search Technologies for a decade, delivering senior-level talent across multiple industries.
